1. Google Play User Data Deletion Commitment
In strict accordance with the Google Play Developer Program Policy on User Data and Account Deletion, Kratos provides a transparent, verifiable, and permanent process for users to delete their account and all associated athletic, biometric, and personal data.
You maintain full data sovereignty. We empower users to permanently erase their account both directly within the mobile application interface and via an open web-based deletion request protocol that does not require an active app login.
2. Step-by-Step Deletion Execution Methods
Users may execute account and data deletion through either of the following two verified procedures:
Method 1: In-App Direct Deletion (Authenticated Users)
- •1. Launch the Kratos Application on your smartphone or browser.
- •2. Open the Settings tab located on the navigation bar.
- •3. Navigate to either the 'App Information' or 'Account & Session' section.
- •4. Tap 'Request Account & Data Deletion'.
- •5. Review the irreversible confirmation notice and confirm your deletion choice.
- •6. Your authentication session will be immediately revoked, and your user account and workout data will be queued for immediate permanent database purge.
Method 2: Web / Email Deletion Request (No App Login Required)
- •1. If you cannot access the app or have already uninstalled it, compose an email from the Google email address associated with your Kratos account.
- •2. Send your deletion request to: huuquoc7603@gmail.com.
- •3. Use the subject line: 'Kratos Data Deletion Request - [Your Registered Email]'.
- •4. State clearly in the body that you request the permanent erasure of your Kratos account and all associated workout and biometric data.
- •5. Our data compliance team will verify the request and execute complete database purging within 30 calendar days, sending you a final confirmation upon completion.
3. Scope of Data Permanently Purged
Upon execution of an account deletion request, the following data categories are irreversibly erased from our production databases:
• User Identity & Auth Credentials: Email address, display name, OAuth identifiers, session cookies, and authorization mappings.
• Biometric & Physical Profile: Age, body weight, height, BMI calculations, sleep metrics, and voluntary medical/injury notes.
• Complete Workout History: All logged workout sessions, exercise items, sets, reps, weights lifted, RPE values, rest times, and session timestamps.
• Strength Records & Metrics: All calculated 1RM personal records, volume tonnage graphs, and performance trajectory data.
• Custom Routines & Periodization Splits: All user-authored weekly plans, custom day splits, and exercise orders.
• AI Coaching Interactions: All prompt histories, chat logs, and conversation contexts with the AI Coach.
4. Processing Timelines & Disaster Recovery Backups
• Active Production Database: Your account and associated records are deleted immediately or within a maximum of 30 calendar days from verified request submission.
• Encrypted Disaster-Recovery Backups: Residual encrypted snapshots stored in isolated disaster-recovery archives cannot be individually edited; these archives are automatically overwritten and purged in accordance with our standard 30-day backup rotation schedule.
• Non-Personal Aggregated Metrics: Anonymized system performance telemetry devoid of all personal identifiers may be retained solely for service reliability analysis.
